This year, like every September, we arrived from the holidays full of energy and eager to plan events where we can meet with all of you. We have checked our emails and contacted again those people that, every week, write to us about their projects and illusions.
Already in October, we started to have less pending work. This allowed us to order all of our new projects. The school year is open, and we want to take this opportunity to tell you about one of those people that wrote to us this summer, Juan Gabriel Martínez, a French teacher at Rodrigo Caro del Río high school. In addition to his teaching duties, Juan Gabriel spends his time coordinating the cloister’s digital magazine, a beautiful informative project where the teachers write very interesting and diverse articles for the rest of the educative community. Among the articles by Juan Gabriel, we find numerous French-speaking authors as the protagonists, including, of course, African authors such as Ahmadou Kourouma, Mohammed Moulessehoul, Saphia Azzedine, and Leïla Slimani, among others.
